TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
These General Terms and Conditions govern the access, registration, and participation in "The Opportunity Matrix" Workshop (hereinafter referred to as the "Workshop").

These Terms and Conditions are addressed to registered participants of the Workshop (hereinafter referred to as "Participants" or "Users").

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a Participant shall be understood to be any individual who, unrelated to their commercial activity, business, trade, or profession, registers for the Workshop with the aim of participating in the live Zoom calls and accessing the learning material provided.

Specifically, "Participants" can access, view, and participate in three live Zoom calls, view recordings of these calls, and interact with other participants (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

By registering for "The Opportunity Matrix" Workshop, or by using it in any other way, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not register for nor access "The Opportunity Matrix" Workshop nor any of its Content.

1. INFORMATION AND ACCESS

In compliance with the duty of information contained in Article 10 of the Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, as well as other European complimentary regulations, we detail below the details of the owner of "The Opportunity Matrix" Workshop:

We call any person who registers with or uses the Workshop "Participants" or "Users" of the Workshop. Any person may register for or use the Workshop provided that they agree to the Terms and Conditions together with all other policies and principles governing the Workshop as set out below.

The Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy (available at: https://www.thinkific.com/privacy-policy/) and/or information on the Workshop apply to all access and registration. Registration to the Workshop implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the different modifications and/or additional legal texts that "The Opportunity Matrix" may include in the future, subject to prior notification to the Participant.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Participant agrees to act at all times in accordance with the provisions set forth in the clauses of this legal text, which define the rights and obligations of "The Opportunity Matrix" and the Participant regarding the services accessible through the Workshop. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Workshop for Participants (without prejudice to the existence of specific conditions for certain new or additional services which may replace any other conditions).

Participants are responsible for ensuring that by accessing the Workshop through their internet connection they are aware of these Terms and Conditions and that they comply with them.

Access, registration, browsing, use, participation in the Workshop, and/or downloading of content and/or use of any of the Workshop's services by minors (under 18 years of age) is prohibited. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Participant declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to contract and engage in the services offered through the Workshop. In the event of being a minor, consent or authorisation must be obtained from your parents or legal guardians in order to register, "The Opportunity Matrix" reserves in all cases the right to request proof of said authorisation.

The parents or legal guardians of authorized under-age Participants shall in all cases be responsible for the behavior of the under-age Participants and his/her use of the Workshop, as well as for any consequences or damages that the use of the same may cause to the Workshop, other Participants or to third parties.

2. PURPOSE AND SERVICES

"The Opportunity Matrix" Workshop has been developed with the aim of providing a focused learning environment for participants to engage in interactive sessions and access valuable content related to the workshop's themes (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

The type of content accessible in the Workshop includes:

- Live Zoom Calls
- Recordings of Live Calls
- Supplementary materials relevant to the workshop topics

"The Opportunity Matrix" Workshop offers structured sessions and content focusing on the subjects of marketing and copywriting, that registered Participants can enjoy. 

Participants are solely responsible for how they engage with the Workshop and the interpretation of the content provided. It is acknowledged that "The Opportunity Matrix" cannot be held liable for any damages arising from misinformation or inappropriate use of the Workshop content.

Furthermore, the content and information provided in "The Opportunity Matrix" Workshop are for educational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice in the subjects of marketing and copywriting.

Participants are advised to consult qualified professionals before making significant decisions based on the workshop content. "The Opportunity Matrix" is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the application of advice or suggestions included in the Workshop content.

"The Opportunity Matrix" may update or modify the Services to reflect changes in the relevant industry or to enhance the content of the Workshop.
3. REGISTRATION PLAN

To participate in "The Opportunity Matrix" Workshop, it is necessary to complete a one-time registration. The fee for this registration is stated at the time of purchase. This registration provides access to the Workshop for three months, including live Zoom calls and their recordings, but does not include any hardware, software, or licenses required for access (e.g., Zoom software). Participants are responsible for obtaining, downloading, and accessing such programs.

The one-time registration plan available allows for three months of access to "The Opportunity Matrix" Workshop. This registration defines the term, functionalities, and cost of access to the Workshop. Participants are not allowed to transfer, assign, or distribute their Workshop access to others.

Payments for the registration are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partially used periods unless required by applicable law.

"The Opportunity Matrix" reserves the right to withdraw access if a participant infringes any of these Terms and Conditions, for legal reasons, or is causing harm to other participants.

Participants have full responsibility for the use of their registration account. Consequently, they are responsible for the proper custody and confidentiality of their username and/or password and undertake not to transfer their use to third parties, whether temporarily or permanently, nor to allow third-party access.

Registration can be completed through the sales page [https://www.grammarhippy.com/belief-matrix], which will redirect users to an external payment provider (please, see payment methods available). After payment, access is granted to the Workshop by entering basic identification data. Participants guarantee that their data will be accurate, current, and truthful. "The Opportunity Matrix" cannot guarantee the identity of registered participants and is not responsible for improper or unauthorized use of a participant's account by third parties.

In the event of misuse of their username and/or password, due to circumstances such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access, participants must immediately notify "The Opportunity Matrix" at help@grammarhippy.com so that appropriate action can be taken. Until such events are communicated, "The Opportunity Matrix" shall be exempt from any liability that may arise from improper use of an account.
4. PAYMENT METHOD

"The Opportunity Matrix" or the Payment provider may be required to add taxes to the billing rate as detailed, if applicable, before the payment process. Payments for the Workshop are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partially used periods unless required by applicable law.

Participants will be able to pay for the Workshop using the following payment method: Stripe. Participants understand and accept that Stripe is a third-party service provider; therefore, "The Opportunity Matrix" is not responsible for the service of payment processing.

To proceed with payment, participants will access the environment controlled by the payment service provider (redirected outside of the Workshop platform and not controlled by "The Opportunity Matrix").

Given that payment is made in an environment outside the Workshop, participants declare to be aware that any questions or eventualities related to this process must be directed to the payment service provider, Stripe, in accordance with their terms and conditions, and not to "The Opportunity Matrix", which has no control over the payment tools and does not handle the data that participants provide to make payments.

5. USE OF THE PLATFORM 

"The Opportunity Matrix" grants participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable license to use, visualize, and where applicable, download the content that is part of the Workshop, solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. The use of the Workshop shall always be personal and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The use of the Workshop for purposes other than those set out in these Terms and Conditions is expressly prohibited.

"The Opportunity Matrix" may provide access to a variety of texts, graphics, videos, and other materials belonging to "The Opportunity Matrix" or third parties, to which participants may have personal and non-transferable access. Participants assume responsibility for the use of the Workshop and undertake to make lawful, diligent, honest, and correct use of any information or content accessed, respecting the principles of good faith and the law.

Conditions of Use:

Participants undertake to use the Workshop diligently, legally, and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This includes not using the Workshop in any way that could prevent, damage, or impair its normal operation and enjoyment by other participants. Without limitation, participants agree not to use such Content or Services to:

(i) Unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Workshop or its content;
(ii) Access or attempt to access restricted resources of the Workshop;
(iii) Use the Workshop for unlawful, illegal, or harmful purposes;
(iv) Cause damage to the Workshop or systems of other participants or third parties;
(v) Reproduce, copy, distribute, transform, or modify contents without authorization;
(vi) Introduce or spread computer viruses or harmful systems;
(vii) Obtain content by means other than those provided by the Workshop;
(viii) Send spam, advertisements, or repetitive messages without consent.

"The Opportunity Matrix" reserves the right to investigate and report any misconduct in accordance with the law and to cooperate with authorities. It also reserves the right to deny access or terminate accounts in cases of improper use.

Specific Conditions for Live Sessions:

The Workshop includes live Zoom calls.

Participants in these live sessions are expected to:

(i) Be punctual and dress appropriately if cameras are on;
(ii) Remain muted unless participating;
(iii) Not record the sessions, as they will be available afterward;
(iv) Be mindful of sharing personal or confidential information.

"The Opportunity Matrix" reserves the right to exclude participants who infringe these rules, engage in disruptive behavior, or disturb the sessions.

Breaches of these conditions may result in immediate restriction, and "The Opportunity Matrix" reserves the right to delete, cancel, and suspend access without reimbursement in case of infringement of these Terms or applicable laws.

6. TERMINATION REGISTRATION

Participants have the right to cancel their registration for "The Opportunity Matrix" Workshop at any time. However, due to the nature of the one-time registration, any cancellation will not result in a refund. As the Workshop offers immediate access to its content, including live sessions and recordings, payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partially used access unless required by applicable law.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply once the participant has accessed the Workshop content, in line with Article 103 a) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Subscribers, and other European complementary laws.

7. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content and materials of "The Opportunity Matrix" Workshop, including but not limited to, its programming, content, designs, logos, texts, graphics, and recordings, are the property of "The Opportunity Matrix". Participants acknowledge that any reproduction, modification, distribution, commercialization, decompilation, disassembly, or use of reverse engineering techniques to obtain source code, or any unauthorized use of the Workshop's content, constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized use of the Workshop's content will be considered a serious breach of intellectual or industrial property rights and may lead to legal responsibilities.

For any use of the Workshop's content, prior, express, and written authorization from "The Opportunity Matrix" is required. Designs, logos, texts, and graphics not owned by "The Opportunity Matrix" that appear in the Workshop are the property of their respective owners.

Participants agree that any suggestions, comments, ideas, or feedback provided to "The Opportunity Matrix" become the exclusive property of "The Opportunity Matrix" and can be used, modified, or published without compensation to the participant.

8. UPDATES

"The Opportunity Matrix" reserves the right to modify, suspend, and/or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, the services offered through the Workshop, with or without prior notice, and without any liability to participants.

"The Opportunity Matrix" may make updates and enhancements to the functionality or features of the Workshop, including security patches, bug fixes, and other modifications. These updates may change, add, or remove features.

Participants agree that "The Opportunity Matrix" is not obligated to provide updates or to maintain any particular features or functionality. All updates are considered part of the Workshop and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

9. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

9.1 General Liability

"The Opportunity Matrix" does not offer any guarantees and is not responsible for damages that may arise from accessing or using the Workshop's content. This includes any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Workshop.

9.2 Suspension and Cancellation of Services

"The Opportunity Matrix" may temporarily suspend access to the Workshop for maintenance, repair, updating, or improvement operations without prior notice. In such cases, "The Opportunity Matrix" aims to minimize the impact on participants but is not liable for any inconvenience or loss that may occur due to these interruptions.

"The Opportunity Matrix" reserves the right to limit or prevent access to the Workshop in the event of technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances that compromise the security or operation of the Workshop. In such cases, "The Opportunity Matrix" is not responsible for the lack of availability or continuity of the Workshop.

In cases where services are canceled or suspended for reasons not attributable to "The Opportunity Matrix," it will strive to resolve issues and provide necessary support to participants to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

9.3 Force Majeure

"The Opportunity Matrix" shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failure, or other disruptions affecting the internet or the technology infrastructure.

9.4 Hyperlinks and Third-Party Content

If the Workshop includes hyperlinks to third-party platforms or websites, "The Opportunity Matrix" is not responsible for the content, information, or services provided on these external platforms. These links are provided for informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement.

Should "The Opportunity Matrix" become aware of any unlawful or damaging content in the linked external sources, it will act diligently to remove or disable the link as soon as possible.

10. INDEMNITY

Participants shall indemnify and hold "The Opportunity Matrix" harmless from all damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from third-party claims against "The Opportunity Matrix." This includes, but is not limited to, legal fees incurred as a result of misuse of the Workshop's services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

"The Opportunity Matrix" will promptly notify participants of any such claims, actions, or proceedings using the contact information provided at the time of registration. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, participants acknowledge that "The Opportunity Matrix" holds no liability in relation to the services contracted between the participant, "The Opportunity Matrix," and third parties.

11. DATA PROTECTION

"The Opportunity Matrix" respects the privacy of its Users and will ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with current legislation.

"The Opportunity Matrix" guarantees the security and confidentiality of the personal data provided by Users in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR") and other applicable privacy legislation.

In this regard, Participants and Users not yet Registered are informed that, with regard to privacy and the protection of their personal data, they may exercise the following rights:  
 
i. Access to their personal data;  
ii. Request the rectification of any inaccurate data;  
iii. Request the deletion of their data; 
iv. Request the restriction or limitation of the use of their personal data; 
v. Oppose the processing of their data;  
vi. Object to the processing of your data;
vii. Exercise your right to be forgotten;  
viii. Request the portability of their data. Subscribers shall also have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated data processing.

We inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation of processing, portability, forgetfulness and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to help@grammarhippy.com

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION 

For the resolution of any discrepancy, question or claim arising directly or indirectly from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the parties waive any jurisdiction that may correspond to them and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of the Subscriber's domicile.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the settlement of consumer disputes online, "The Opportunity Matrix" informs you that, in the event of a dispute, Users resident in the European Union may use the "Online Dispute Resolution Platform" developed by the European Commission, in order to attempt to settle out-of-court any dispute arising from the provision of services by "The Opportunity Matrix".
